Simple, and does what it needs to do. I've already logged an outage, and it was simple as can be. Love that you can have multiple accounts (which I do), and can select them to do the various functions in the app. The outrage map is very fast and easy to read. Thanks CVEC for giving us such a cool tool!

It used to give me my months bill and updates of payments n now nothing n too much of a hassle to keep signing in n keeps not letting me so the only thing good now is the outages. .would love to go back to see my bill total when it comes out .

Have to log in multiple times, half the time it dost let you log in, and when you pay your bill? It takes you to website, not really sure what the point is the app is if you always have to go online to do anything.

Eh, It's good for seeing outages, but you can't ACTUALLY sign in to manage your account. If you go to the Payments tab it asks you to sign in, clicking sign in opens your web browser... I can open a web browser, and I can access the outage info through the browser too....
