I love the integration with the visnav 360. Does an excellent job cleaning and reporting where it's been. There are some minor bugs with preparing to start cleaning after a long period of disuse where the bot has to be rebooted, or moving furniture around makes it have trouble finding some cleaning zones, but it generally works well. I hope Dyson continues to improve the bot and app.

The app works great! My only suggestion would be to add an option for a second pass during a vacuum-only cycle, just like the one available for the vacuum and wash mode. For context, I'm using the Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai.

Does the job. Could be improved for instance setting regions using diagonals on the map for the 360 vac would be good and a few other things. I hope dyson keep improving the app. The robot vac does a great job.

EDIT: April 2026 had to switch broadband providers and now use an EE 5G Broadband hub, and my Dyson hot/cool air purifier will no longer find my Wi-Fi so can't connect to the hub......my new Dyson Hush jet is fine as is my cool air fan....older tech I assume 😔 Great app....controls my Dyson air purifier seamlessly, gives great information regards air quality etc. Great to see the update allows adding other Dyson products, handhelds etc. but only for new products with a guarantee still active

Can't even find the function to control the fan horrible. Basically a waste of time DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app if you lose the remote

5 years... so many issues. Terrible app. Always loses connectivity. 'There appears to be a problem connecting to your machine' Have had the same issues for 4 years. Big company, can't make an app that works properly...

Pretty disappointed and Frustrated that I cannot use the Air purifier that I just purchased due to the app failing to launch. I contacted customer support and there is a 5-day wait to talk to someone to troubleshoot the issue. Not good enough considering the price tag that come with purchasing a Dyson product.

Previously worked perfectly, now I'm locked out of the app because I can't reset my password and the forgot password system seems to be stuck in a loop when the updated password doesn't connect to the app. My partner has the same issue on an iPhone. Now I can't access my purifier, or purchase a filter replacement.

Driving me insane. Constantly trying to connect to my vacuum Bluetooth at all hours of the day and night. Have deleted my vacuum from the app.
