When you can actually use the app, one of its functions, the index reading, doesn't work. Never did. Which is the reason I installed it, to avoid spending quality time with the phone robot. For me, this is making the app as big a scam as the company itself.

App does not send a notification to read the index. There is just a notification inside the app, but if you don't open the app, you don't see the notification.

Horrible and stupid! I have multiple accounts for this: my mom, my grandma, mine (two of them) and one other. Everything is messed up, you cannot select separately the NLC, it's just not easy to use. It gives me chills and I hate it with all my heart. Before it was better. You could see every Adress separately oh. Whatever. Why do I bother?! It's horrible, stupid and NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!

Very buggy, riddled with errors: from log-on to self-meter submitting, very, very bad experience. As a matter of fact, Electrica, I cannot connect to the app to pay the bill... Here's an idea: save the costs of delayed payments and funnel the money into a better app, so we can pay on time. You'd think they've mastered the dark magic of app development...
