The emoji issue was resolved after updating the app on watch. Working great now! But the previous emoji on S2 was more relevant. Example: studying, sleeping, etc. Hope more emoji related to schooling can be added. Update: the emoji I selected is different from what was sent and received. Pl fix it. Both watch and phone are Updated.

Device is great, software side need to make sure key in the right phone number. When register the apps, got to key in your own phone number and only when you add new device by scanning the QR code then add the kids watch phone number. I made mistakes on this part and cant call each others.

First 3 months of usage was working great until an update was received. After update. 1. There is no ringing tone when watch is calling phone and vice versa, only when we open the app then we noticed the missed calls. 2. Watch user unable to hear when phone app is calling. Volume is too soft. 3. No msging notification on both phone app and watch. Both users (watch&phone) were unaware of incoming msgs received. 4. Location tracking stops working. Even with multiple resets. Help.

App keeps crashing when refreshing location of watch. GPS is not accurate, how can my child is on the roads outside the school when my child have already reached and went inside the school. A child is more trustworthy than the watch. 🤦🏻♀️

Does not work on Huawei P40 Pro. On other android phones, unable to call the watch. Only watch to phone calls are possible. If location can track the history of where the watch been to, it will be better.
