You have great atmosphere in fitness clubs! Specially I like trainers in Berga Bazaars. Just App have place for improvement! It would be great if there will be option to sync trainings with calendar. As well in beginning is very important to understand what kind of training to choose I would suggest adding description or link to webpage where to read them. Or option for people to leave reviews about trainings. Is thus just in my phone tab News in app is empty!?

The app is loading fast. The QR code is too small - it should be in the center to scan immediately when you enter the club. Big inconvenience is lack of saved filters: one day in advance I check for available group trainings in 4 clubs, and I need only dance and Pilates and power-balance, I have daytime subscription, so I need to filter trainings till 15:00 on work days - not possible. PLEASE ADD FILTER SAVING. Total 10 options to filter every day.

Should send notifications about bills, updates on times of trainings booked preferably a couple of hrs in advance and fines accrued.

My Fitness ownership or customer support, please finally address mobile app developers the long-standing issue with group training reservation feature: each time opening training scheduler it loads for about 10 seconds! Same with training booking processing - same 8–10 seconds. Improve backend or hardware (servers that host the mobile app).

Not a user-friendly UX nor UI, contains unforgivable front-end bugs. Trivial links and navigation are missing or unlogical. Disappointed in paying a huge sum for My Fitness each month for such horrible app experience. There is no customer support either. Also, the My Fitness representatives ignore any feedback that is given. Seems that nobody cares really.

Your task is to show qr code to enter the gym. This is ruined when you block me with ads or just log me out of the app for no reason in particular.

Cannot log in for love or money, even though the credentials work when I sign in on their website. Installed, reinstalled, changed the password several times, nothing makes a difference... I hope this gets sorted, so I can write a positive review!
