MyFitsy Coach: PT Software

MyFitsy Coach is personal trainer software for building workout programs, tracking clients and coaching them online. Programs, client tracking, booking and messaging are free, with no client limit.

BUILD ONCE, ASSIGN OFTEN
Write a training program with every exercise, set, rep and target weight, then assign it to any client. Pick exercises from a library of 412, each with an animation your clients see while they train, and link exercises into supersets with one tap. Change the program once and everyone following it sees the change.

IMPORT THE PROGRAMS YOU ALREADY HAVE
Turn a PDF, a photo of a printed plan or text pasted from your notes into a program you can edit and assign. MyFitsy reads it with AI and lays out the days, exercises, sets, reps and notes, in the language it was written in. Each import uses one credit. Credits are bought in the app, do not expire, and come back automatically if an import fails. Your pages are sent to our AI provider only after you agree to it.

SEE WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Watch logged sessions as your clients complete them, set by set. See which sets were finished, what weight was used, and where somebody is stuck — without having to ask.

TRACK REAL PROGRESS
Fifteen body measurements over time, charted with a rate of change, so you see the direction of travel rather than the daily noise.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message clients with photos and video, one to one or in group rooms. Book sessions, run group training, and keep every appointment in one calendar.

BE FOUND BY NEW CLIENTS
A public trainer profile carries your biography, certifications, specializations, languages, gyms, rates and portfolio. Clients search personal trainers by specialization, language and location, and see the fitness coaches nearest them first.

YOU OWN THE RELATIONSHIP
MyFitsy takes no commission on your coaching fees and does not handle payments between you and your clients. You set your rates and settle up however you already do.

WHO IT IS FOR
Personal trainers, strength coaches, online fitness coaches and gym staff. Whether you train one client in a gym or fifty remotely, the workout builder, client tracking and messaging are the same, and they are free.

Free for every coach, with no trial to expire. Credits are needed only for AI program import.
