★★★★★ Typing in the Complaint description box is a pain. Very sluggish. Should retify immediately.

★★★★★ Easy to log calls. Easy to monitor Magnet health. Getting quick notifications of call progress. Easy to Use.

★★☆☆☆ Very poor service. My Voluson P8 TVS 3D probe not working. Complaint got registered but not bothering to answer when it would be resolved.

★★☆☆☆ The irony of no tech support for an app I was told to use to open support tickets. Never received email after registering. No way to follow up. No way to request they send another email. Won't let you preregister. Says "We have already emailed you."
