I was in the hospital today with atrial fibrillation. The staff took such good care of me from start to finish. They got my heart back to a regular rhythm right there in the ER. It only crashes! You log into the app, and it immediately shuts itself off after authentication. Reinstalled and installed the app and same thing. Terrible quality control, like how did this get passed them? If they can't design a simple app, worried about how they handle my healthcare as that's way more complex

Using 2-factor authentication causes the app to immediately close itself and sign out, and it requires 2FA to use. So it's literally just a waste of storage.

I have never been to an ER where I was NOT physically touched by anyone that medically attended to me, except for the EMT that put in my IV w/gloves. I explained I had swollen glands, difficulty swallowing, pain in left lower abdomen, vomiting, hot/cold spells, + few other complaints. The nurse, EMT or the ER doc never physically examined me! I was sent for a CAT SCAN They took blood/urine. I was given IV antibiotics & fluids then was told I had UTI & discharged. Test results? Read them myself!

Makes you verify with MFA every time you log in - even if you tell it to remember your device. Why have a "remember device" option if it doesn't actually do anything?
