Can do nothing more than see the initial screen. When trying to view messages, see after summary visits, it takes you to "My Chart" - as soon as that tries to launch, the whole app crashes. So, the app is pretty useless at this point. 😕 So my first review above was from 2024 --- Update (it's now 2026) - Still the most inconsistent app ever!! As we speak, I am getting "technical difficulty" message once logging in🙄

Every time the "remember this device" option for two-factor authentication kicks in, it seems like it's not actually working.

Makes you verify with MFA every time you log in - even if you tell it to remember your device. Why have a "remember device" option if it doesn't actually do anything?

Terrible app. Gets worse with each update. More often than not, it crashes as it is opening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it more times than I can remember. I can't even accomplish reading a test result. Just as I open report, the app crashes before I can read the first line! I've decided to ease my frustration with this app by strictly using the web based My Chart (Epic). My Chart is dependable, easy to use, and I can access all of my providers by easily switching between organizations.
