This app doesn't seem to fit the android mobile screen. On the home screen a good portion is cut off, so you're unable to see the video prompt. The controls within the video chat aren't user-friendly. Better off using your personal phone video to chat.

Signal goes in and out. Can't ask to reschedule in app but can request appointments. Sometimes I just don't have time to sit down and call to reschedule, and I also don't like to talk to people. Just give me the option to cancel or reschedule in the 24-hour time frame you all set. This whole thing just amps up my anxiety and I hate it. I have to try to pump myself to call or remind myself to call, or they hit me with a $50 fee.

This app is frustrating to use. It does not allow multiple users from the same household. My dependent child and can not have an account on the app at the same time. I don't know how to sign up other family members.
