I have just received an appointment with a therapist I have dealt with in the past. I have great expectations in my care at SOS so far. I do know my therapist is the best. I had been using MYO through the web, but it kept telling me to get the app as it would make things easier. However, the app is only good for showing upcoming appointments basically. Any forms your care provider needs you to complete prior to the appointment, are basically impossible to complete. They cannot be zoomed in on, and cannot be rotated to increase the font size. Basically, one would need a magnifying glass to fill it out because the text is too small to read.

Never recognizes my credentials, biometric login doesn't work and rarely sends a login link. Yes, I've checked spam. Yes, I've reinstalled the app. Yes, I've double and triple checked password. Yes, I've changed password. Pretty hard to have a telehealth appointment when you can't log in.
