To access MYIO, request an account through your mental health provider. To set up your account, download the MYIO app and enter the access code sent from your mental health provider via SMS. Enter your login details and save your password for easy access. Set your communication preferences to receive reminders and messages to your phone or email. Enable push notifications to stay updated on new information in MYIO.

I have been trying to finsh my account for a week, and have not been able to get past the credit card information. As a minor, I don't have a credit or debit card, and I have told my therapist in-person about this and said there's nothing she can do. I went on the MIYO website and read the screenshots and watched the video tutorial and saw there was an option to skip this step, yet when I go onto my app, this option CEASES TO EXIST. How are you going to make a tutorial with a piece missing??

Signal goes in and out. Can't ask to reschedule in app but can request appointments. Sometimes I just don't have time to sit down and call to reschedule, and I also don't like to talk to people. Just give me the option to cancel or reschedule in the 24-hour time frame you all set. This whole thing just amps up my anxiety and I hate it. I have to try to pump myself to call or remind myself to call, or they hit me with a $50 fee.
