I have just received an appointment with a therapist I have dealt with in the past. I have great expectations in my care at SOS so far. I do know my therapist is the best. I need to find my case manager, nurse, nurse practitioner etc. if it all applies to SOS. I'll come back to review after my first appointment...lol

Never recognizes my credentials, biometric login doesn't work and rarely sends a login link. Yes, I've checked spam. Yes, I've reinstalled the app. Yes, I've double and triple checked password. Yes, I've changed password. Pretty hard to have a telehealth appointment when you can't log in.

Set up needs improvement, having to send a link each log in is terrible. Having multiple people being managed in an office, such as kids. Can't access them through the app as individuals. Emails have to be separated per account, or your app is very confusing because I can't access both of my children's account under 1 email. This app is confusing, difficult and doesn't make things easier. The only con is messaging your provider.

I had been using MYO through the web, but it kept telling me to get the app as it would make things easier. However, the app is only good for showing upcoming appointments basically. Any forms your care provider needs you to complete prior to the appointment, are basically impossible to complete. They cannot be zoomed in on, and cannot be rotated to increase the font size. Basically, one would need a magnifying glass to fill it out because the text is too small to read.
