Very easy to contact my psychiatrist for refills or letting her know of any unwanted side effects of any medications. Also very cool to use this as a digital platform to fill out phq and GAD-7 (my mom has a private psychiatric practice, and she did those as physical copies-i told her that maybe they can be done on a digital platform like this someday where patients can send them in remotely as she is working remotely now)

I have been trying to finsh my account for a week, and have not been able to get past the credit card information. As a minor, I don't have a credit or debit card, and I have told my therapist in-person about this and said there's nothing she can do. I went on the MIYO website and read the screenshots and watched the video tutorial and saw there was an option to skip this step, yet when I go onto my app, this option CEASES TO EXIST. How are you going to make a tutorial with a piece missing??

The absolute worst in terms of accessibility, this app is ablest AF, extremely difficult to see text in forms, very adhd/autism unfriendly

Signal goes in and out. Can't ask to reschedule in app but can request appointments. Sometimes I just don't have time to sit down and call to reschedule, and I also don't like to talk to people. Just give me the option to cancel or reschedule in the 24-hour time frame you all set. This whole thing just amps up my anxiety and I hate it. I have to try to pump myself to call or remind myself to call, or they hit me with a $50 fee.

MYO's 4.7 average is SKEWED by MISTAKEN REVIEWS FOR PEOPLE'S DOCTORS, not MYO! My issues: 1 can't zoom in 2 med list is wrong, no way to edit/flag 3 completed forms (legal or clinical) N/A 4 messaging N/5 previous appointments/ scheduling N/6 bills, codes, payments N/A 7 no "resources" AND TO MYO TEAM: if the above is due to my dr's OPTING OUT, why isn't there an "N/A" next to the unavailable function?
