I sent 5,000 from my kayi bank account to another account, I was debited by kayi, but the receiver didn't receive the money, since on 30th of October. No customer care line to call, no email address, very poor bank.

Worst app ever.... I want to send money, but they keep telling me I've to do KYC after I've upgraded my account to Tier 3...so unfortunate and so stupid of sending OTP, if you're not ready abeg close your app please

This app is scam, i have never seen a stupid bank in my life like this, they don't allow you to make transfers, and they keep saying I must reset my pin why should I do that, and even if I try resetting the pin they will say wrong pin

Why I can't withdraw my money already my account is verified to tier3, but now I deposit 6k you said I can't withdraw it ontel I upgrade it and also when I submit my nin you said name so not match, so I need to withdraw my money now what is the solution please horry. Your number 08000005294 not working and no respond from email and X handle, so I haven't chosen ontel come to public
