I am stationed on Naval base Pensacola and that's where I met Connor. A very nice gentleman who was extremely polite and helpful with not only information regarding what I was getting into, but providing great advice about what to purchase and how much it would cost. He landed great key points and was overall an amazing representative for this company. I was stationed at San Antonio, coming back from my Christmas holiday break. Then I met Ciara in the Nex on my base. He broke it down, VERY WELL for me to understand pretty well what My Lineage is about. I came back home for leave on time and my family loves the family crest and the history and place of how and where we got our last names. I was worth it! The app is helpful and accurate.

Says app is locked. I've uninstalled and re-installed over and over to no avail. Can't see my crest from the website either

Every time I open the app, I get a pop-up saying no Internet. I will have data connection and Wi-Fi connection, and I will still get the pop-up. It won't let me log in either. It's also supposed to charge me only once a month, and it's charging me twice. I can't afford to pay almost $200 a month. This service is a rip-off, and they go against their word.

Don't trust them. I am deployed overseas and found these guys selling My Lineage. Great idea, sounds neat. However, nothing is proven, and I don't believe the product is real. Plus there is no real refund. Everything they say is technically true. They do say they have customer satisfaction guarantee, and you can cancel at any time, but they never actually said, you will get a full refund. If you regret this purchase halfway through then there is no refund, even if they are wrong about your lineage
