Worked great for a couple of days, then the same thing was happening it's not working again, and I keep having saying the process wasn't working and this was only a week later

My Merlin will not connect to my Bluetooth, and therefore I am no longer connected to my cardiac monitor. I have done nothing at my end to cause this. It has just happened for no reason a few days ago. When I try to reset and pair my device an error keeps appearing saying try again, and they won't pair so the app is no longer active

Keeps unpairing pair edit twice since feb and now stuck with no connection till after public holiday says to many attempts ring up for advice because ihad asked for activation code several times none sent then said s serial number was wrong not impressed what can ido help.no connection till next tuesday could itry again tomorrow easter saturday .3 activation codes arrived together, but you have blocked me beryl oneill.

Filling in the details on the app is not straightforward, when you try to fill in your date of birth it takes so long the app times out. After a couple of times it then says too many attempts, but please phone this number. 3.15 in the afternoon and the office is closed. So good luck trying to contact them, they are either busy or gone home.
