My heart Dr. Told me Aug.4,2025 that she was getting all of my information, even when I forgot,the Merlin implant showed I was in AFIB, and I didn't even know that!! I just thought my heart was beating fast due to me being overly active outside! This app IS GREAT!!!!!

Easy to use. No major hiccups so far. My only problem with this app is the lack of options as it relates to reporting symptoms. Why have "other" as an option, but not give space to free text? It defeats the purpose if I then have to keep track of my symptoms in another application.

I agree with the others. They obviously have neglected to resolve issues other users have. I continue to receive notifications that this app needs to run in the background. I have changed every setting possible on my phone to ensure it's sucking the life out of my battery, and it's still not running at all times. Last night it did not run a report to fetch the information from my device. Frustrating!

Old phone died & I had to buy a new phone. Turns out, it's not supposed to be compatable with the app (it come sun-paired) but it is. This is the 3rd time. I called, and they want to send me a new transmitter. I don't want to HAVE to tote around 2 different devices all the time (to report symptoms). Tedious but I unload/then reload, and it pairs just fine. The designers could figure out what is causing the problem. & It keeps saying it needs to run in background when it is. This app updated, and it keeps asking me to turn on background data, but it is turned on. It is driving me crazy it will not go away. Why do they do updates without letting people know? Not happy at all. Here we go again this app is nothing but trouble. Now it won't let me upload. This is getting old. Had the recorder put in on June 10th and still not working.
