I upgraded my cellphone from Pixel 10 to Pixel 11, and my entire EKG history is gone even though I transferred all my data to the new phone using Google Drive. This is ridiculous. AloveCor only lets you keep your old EKG readings if you pay them for a subscription. Or you have to download one by one because the app doesn't let you download it all together. They have purposefully created these hurdles, so you feel pressure to subscribe to their service for extra money. Disappointing!

I'm onto my second kardia device has suddenly stopped working. I don't have symptoms often, so keep in a protective case and only use once every couple months. I had to replace first device because stopped working-loses signal/always unreadable due to interference no matter what I do, and a shorting out electrical noise, so I bought a replacement. That one is now doing the same. It's useless to have a device for the rare times I have symptoms if I can't count on it to actually work.

I have had obvious irregular heartbeats that were visible on the screen, and it would say normal sinus rhythm.
