Kardia is a useful device to monitor heart health. I've used it successfully for years, and it did correctly show Afib when it occurred. However, it sometimes requires several attempts to get a result (even with a fresh battery).

After being hospitalized a few weeks in a row for A-fib I purchased the Kardiamobile 6L. I just love having it. I got the same readings as my 14 day 24 hour heart monitor from the doctor. Anytime I thought I felt a palpitation or chest catch or twitch I have immediately pulled out my Kardiamobile and tested. It is so nice to test and find out you did not just go into a-fib or some other unusual rhythm. It was a big relief to know rather than worrying I might be in A-Fib.

Persistently complains about electrical inference all the time, and before you can retry, you first have to press OK every time. I also doubt it's actually electrical inference because for whatever reason, there's zero "inference" while I hold two poles on the same hand. So unless my heart or nervous system is the inference, it got to be something else.

Keeps saying I have "Wide QRS Waves" when I don't, did multiple readings, and it bounced back and forth between "Normal Sinus Rhythm" and the former, then I wasted a EKG review credit for a clinician to tell me the Wide QRS Waves are actually Normal Sinus Rhythm reading, this product still needs a lot of work!

I am finding the evaluations are not accurate. I wake up with my heart skipping beats and very irregular sinus patterns, and I can see the irregular pattern in the reading but Kadia tells me no irregular sinus pattern detected. I wish it was correct but believe me you know when your heart is not beating correctly. My doctor asked me to try this device before sending me to a cardiologist, so he could see the patterns. Going to see a cardiologist this week to get an actual EKG.

Was good, but now it's constantly saying there's electrical interference, or it's interrupted. I've had the 6L for several months, and it worked ok for about three months then became totally unstable. My original Kardia single lead devices seemed much more reliable.
