Comments on MyNice for Android

Well. As far as I am concerned, this app works great. My sliding doors (Robus motor) in combination with Wi-Fi module always works. I do not have any issues. But off course - range of Wi-Fi must be good, not some cheap. That's the thruth. Its simple, great, very bookable and it does what it is supposed to - opens the gates. Ui could be little more modern. Maybe some setting also could be done by end users, but in general it's awesome. WELL DONE))))))

Massive improvement over the old "my nice welcome" app, seems stable, easier to configure and works every time so far

★☆☆☆☆ Tom Winkler · Dec 30, 2025

Cloud not worked 3 days during Christmas! So application its useless when you need open gate, and you cannot because cloud service is down. So don't buy! Seems italian Nice paying for very bad IT services.

Hi, I have a problem to activate my gate to other user, in my phone I see permission and at the other phone I see the gate but there is written "Deactivated". I am not able to find any manual for this app I have been written to nice, but I have not get any answer

Because useless pin code I can't use Google Assistant. No widget, so if I want open gate. I have to open useless app. It's very driver friendly. Please do something with it.

★☆☆☆☆ Ehsaan G · Apr 16, 2026

The old my nice welcome app was miles better. This new app is complicated and connecting your devices is like impossible. Useless app.
