How much does it cost? There is a 5% transaction fee and a maximum annual percentage rate (APR) of 24%. For example, if you receive a $100 advance for 62 days, you will incur a $5 transaction fee and $4.28 in interest, resulting in a total repayment of $109.28.

Great app, good support. *Edit 27/03/2026 - Would like to see support for ANZ Plus app connections, not just the ANZ app. Still a great app, can't use it since moving to ANZ plus (online only digital banking with no fee, has no CRN) and uses approved "Open Banking" as opposed to Proviso.

I reckon these guys are the friendliest hear me out -- they're lenient, and their tone is compassionate -- the other payday lenders are very much emergency tone and threating tone if you happen to fall behind even one week -- these guys are emotionally aware which is why I regard them the highest in the market

I'm really disappointed and not happy. I only wanted to know if I can change my bank account details without affecting my available balance. Then all of a sudden my available balance is gone?? What sort of treatment is this. I don't even owed money. I always pay

Not happy I've been with my pay now for almost 4 years and was a one and only app. And after changing my bank details. Tried to apply for advance to find that I am not eligible for advance payment... after updating my bank account. And whenever asking the customer service team to check the issues. They will only be repeating the same answer without checking.

I've been using mypaynow for almost a year now, and it was a lifesaver on my struggle days. Until this week, mypaynow took 2 full payments from my bank account, and I've been trying to contact, sending messages but got no reply. And even on my (mypaynow) acc still shows "You've used up all your advances for this pay cycle". Can someone help me get contact of the company please? I need help
