The text is incredibly cramped and the words are often cut off. So incredibly awful that I immediately uninstalled it. I'd rather make vet appointments the old fashioned way on the phone. Even being on hold for half an hour would be preferable to dealing with this app.

Can't get the code. Keep saying my email address is not known. I've been to the same vet for over 30 years

Tried to create new pet appointment. Asked me for new pet info, then it scheduled the appointment for a pet already on file and did not save my new pet's info anywhere. Won't let me cancel the appointment that's now made for the wrong pet. No way to add new pet to profile. Also won't upload a photo for current pet on file. ½ star if I could. My current vet is insanely busy and asks we use the app for more convenience. Instead its been rather infuriating.
