The app does not always provide the latest information that has been added to my pets' accounts. However, I've learned the trick is to sign out of the app and then sign back in using the "I don't have a code" option. The system will email you a code to the email address that is on file at the vet's office. Enter the code, verify the email address, and the updated info should appear in the app.

Top 3 of the worst apps I've used. My vet uses this app, and it's absolutely horrible. Always gives an error message. I can't add pets, can't schedule appointments and can't even message my vet. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Completely aggravating! When you enter the code THEY email you to log in for the first time, it tells you to confirm your email address which is hidden by asterisks except for the first letter. So you select from THEIR list what should be the proper email address, and it tells you that is an incorrect email address! Then you get to go around with THEM emailing you a code by email all over again! No other option!
