Comments on MyPowur for Android

★★★★★ Amazing Best App in the Solar Industry for the HO to be Educated about everything relational of the Project Stage and the General Information and to Contact the Company.

★★★★★ Is it possible to save the PDF files which are shown in the DOCS tab? I enabled Storage permissions and have reinstalled the app but still there appears no way to save the PDF files which displayed. I emailed the support email shown for support, and it bounced back, please update your support email contact.

★★☆☆☆ The app only shows a random 15 projects. Half of them haven't even signed up yet. The project I just signed isn't on the list, so I can't do the site survey.

★★☆☆☆ Trying to put on computer but puts it on my phone..... My power needs to call me I can't get them

★★☆☆☆ Good concept...horrible execution by project manager and company. After we purchased a new system, this app was touted as the best way to track progress on the 8 stages: survey, design, permitting, install through permission t operate. We thought we'd be in the loop the entire time. Not even close to reality. Over the ensuing 2 months, I had to constantly email the Project Manager, getting useless responses and excuses. At no time was the app updated beyond the initial survey. BAD experience !

★★☆☆☆ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU WANT TO GET HOLD OF ME SEND ME AN EMAL DON'T BOTHER CALLING ME. BUT BEFORE YOU EMAIL ME, GO Through ANOTHER COMPANY "ENLIGHTEN" AND SPEND DAYS AND HOURS DOING ALL THE REQUIRED TESTING BEFORE CALLING ME. LIKE ENLIGHTEN DOESN'T SEE THE MICROINVERTERS AND NOT RESPONDING? YA'LL NEED TO HAVE A PERSON ON CALL THAT WILL ANSWER YOUR PHONES. AND MAKE THE APP AVAILABLE THROUGH COMPUTER. AND QUIT TAKING US AROUND THE DAMN BARN TO REPORT PROBLEM TO YOU. LIKE SUBSCRIBE AGAIN,
