★★★★★ Nice and polite service at the reception desk, thank you

★★★★★ Good when it works. However sometimes I enter the sms code correctly and it fails. Wait 60 seconds multiple times to resend and no new code ever arrives.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to change the practice to my regular GP clinic, no results show up unable to add my children....if it's not one issue it's another with the verification code being invalid 90% of the time and the other 10% the app is unusable

★★☆☆☆ Can't even log in. The login code doesn't even work when sent to my SMS messages
