I had a bill due that I was not aware of. By the time I noticed it the billing department was not able to let me pay the balance. I called 4 times and finally had to pay a check for $2.00 and some change mind you. I sent the check and they cashed it immediately. The app still states I owe this balance. How can I get anybody to help me clear this debt? Communication with this company is very poor which is why I stopped going in the first place.

Back and forth between Athena and MyPrivia app. Can't see any messages I have sent which makes me think they were never sent. Then, to see provider attachments you have to view them on Athena. No reason to have an app when you can't do everything within it. Useless unless it's for scheduling appointments
