Go to my doctor's appointment they always do the best. Nurse practitioner Lindsay craft is amazing person all the people I see there is wonderful loving and caring after my stroke I went yesterday, and they just greeted me so well-made tears come to my eyes they found out that I had had a stroke they love me, so I thank God for them

Updated to 5 stars. Called tech services, and they cleared this issue right up! Very nice and professional. Unread message error sends notifications that you have something to review when you don't. I'm assuming that is why the notice comes. There has been nothing else there. I would give 5 stars if the unread messages from years ago were cleared out.

Other than a list of upcoming appointments, this app helps with nothing. For everything else it has to boot you to the website. So just go straight to the website. (Not that the website displays records fully either.)

It was incredibly difficult to set up several times I had to call in to figure out how to log into my portal as I was receiving apparently the wrong information since they changed the sign in from Athena health to my portal Trivia which I knew nothing about. That took several more phone calls for help. Now that I can log in successfully I still have a message that if I want certain information I have to sign in through Athena, so basically it's been several years that I hate this app.

6/23/26 edit: Same 👎 as prev edit to prev Support reply: I didn't say archiving msgs was the problem. Reread orig review, & add: Under ''All Msgs' (sent & received) my most recent msgs sent days/weeks ago don't appear. I rewrote & resent one ~3 times. Now I get it. They all went. They just don't appear until some day when they do. This + orig problem are still happening. Do I already have doctor replies that just don't appear yet? Maybe yes, maybe no.

Only good to send messages to the nurse or see an appointment (that Scheduled person or on the phone). I can't see or pay a bill - I just keep getting a pop-up to try again later.
