I gave 4 stars only for the fact that I have used a patient portal that is far superior (The Mayo Clinic). If I didn't use a better one I wouldn't have known how much better they could be & would be perfectly happy with this one. It is user-friendly & provides all the settings I require. I'm sure some of it is due to the responsiveness of the staff at my doctor's office when I send a message through the patient portal. I'm sure not all people would have such excellent service this way.

Conflict when there is a parent account and a child account, both using the same email address, even if one is Athena and one is Trivia. Can't add additional profile. Can't create child account with parent's email. This is a real problem.

I have found this app somewhat difficult and tedious to use. I have Not found it to be all that helpful. I always dread having to use it. A lot of healthcare providers rely on it, and I prefer to cut out "middleman apps" when it comes to getting pertinent health information. I prefer to deal directly with actual humans where my health is concerned. In my opinion, it has seemingly become a necessary evil when dealing with my Doctor's office(s).

Many times my privilege has my log in through Athena health which tells me" records associated with different account." 4 of my doctors buse Athena which only works for 1 doctor.! Reset password and still no access!

Can't sign into my account because you all have the wrong phone # and canno send a verify code. How do I change to my new phone # which is over a year old.
