Back and forth between Athena and MyPrivia app. Can't see any messages I have sent which makes me think they were never sent. Then, to see provider attachments you have to view them on Athena. No reason to have an app when you can't do everything within it. Useless unless it's for scheduling appointments

Why do I have to use a separate app from this when logged in(Athena Health) to see and read visit and doctor notes and reports?? Why isn't everything on 1 app, with no confusion ? I'm reading back 2,3,4 years earlier on reviews, and they still say the same thing that is happening to me now in 2026, so do they actually update this app? Why isn't all my information in one app instead of two separate apps ? Erring!
