The recent update is a huge step forward. Integrating My Digital ID makes logging in much more secure and convenient—no more struggling to remember complex passwords. The UI feels smoother and checking my SSPN balance is faster than before. Giving 4 stars because the KYC process can still be a bit picky with lighting, but overall, it's a solid improvement!

Very frustrating experience. The MPPT app keeps failing my KYC authentication with “gaga mengesahkan nombor IC”! Now I can’t even view my loan balance or statements on the portal because it forces me to complete KYC on this useless app first. Please fix this. So inconvenient.

Hi, many figure displayed in the apps is very confusing. I checked the transaction, and it did not reflect the amount I have been paying each month. Also, why the payment took so much time to be reflected in the apps. Do you use intern to make these apps?
