The is a fantastic upgrade you can hear 20 meter from the roger with no problems and can use the mic to pinpoint a very low sounds that you can't hear with the hearing aid I haven't found away to change the sound the same way as the hearing aid can, but maybe the problem is me Will post more when I find out more

This app is not working. My Roger Mic is crashing with error on the screen when I am trying to connect to it. In the past it worked.

Roger never hooks up to my cellphone or to my hearing aids. It worked for a few days when I received it from my V.A. audiologist. The hearing aid app (Phoenix) never connects to my hearing aids. Roger is doing the same. I feel bad for my fellow veterans experiencing this every day like I've been for 4 years. I thought the "Roger" would help me hear in many situations that I haven't since become hearing impaired. Companies like this ought to be ashamed of disregarding veterans this way.
