IMPORTANT DETAILS • Account Set-up: To use the MyRXNT app, you MUST have an existing RXNT Patient Portal account set up in conjunction with your healthcare provider. If you do not have an account yet, please contact your healthcare provider directly to request access.
• Logging In: After downloading and launching MyRXNT, you MUST select the appropriate account type and log in using the same username and password you use to access RXNT’s desktop Patient Portal (https://app2.rxnt.com/phr/). If you’re unable to sign in, please contact your healthcare provider directly!
• Features - The features available with your MyRXNT account will depend on what your healthcare provider has enabled. If you have questions on these features, please reach out to your healthcare provider directly with questions.

This is amazing I'm.not sure how long this has been around it's perfect for contacting my doctor and the office everything runs smoothly as well I recommend this app for anyone who has mental health problems they will go out of their way to help you the best way they can while keeping you safe also I love my doctor I'm a grumpy butt head at times, but I can't say enough about how this app helped me

I hate it. It's one of the junkiest apps I have ever used. My dog could have designed it better. Also, I sent a message in the app at 2:30 pm today, yet the time in the app shows I sent it at almost 8pm. I cannot believe a doctor would even ask me to use this. Another thing is that I made an account yet my name and/or password are invalid... why did I have to make another password in life if I can only log in a different way...that can end up in a HIPAA violation.

No notifications and messages stop working. It keeps asking me to log in separately in the messages then says my account doesn't exist when I try to log in.
