I just want to say that this is the first time I've been pleased with going to a doctor's office who actually takes care of you. The BeWell program is awesome. I would highly recommend using this BeWell program for counseling. Sandra S. has been wonderful in helping me with my counseling. This is just one of many programs they offer at Sanitas Medical Center on Falkenburg Road in Riverview. Great Job Sanitas.

This app is useless. Sanitas is the worst medical place. The service is horrific. I'm waiting here at a doctor's appointment, and they won't send me a referral that I need with my ENT doctor. Now I have to leave and make another appointment. Time wasted. They don't care about your health

The worst experience ever. I was given an account number and told to download the app and create and account. It says there is already an account created with my info. I try to log in but never have, so I don't have a password. I select forgot password, enter my info, but it says my info doesn't match. Doesn't match what? I contact support chat, was assigned, but they never came and now all I get is sorry try again later were having problems, and I can't get help to get my lab results. Terrible!

This app is useless. I waste like an hour talking to a medical person just to get a freaking referral. First it takes forever to get all your info. Then they put you on hold like forever to then tell me they can't give me the referral that I would have to come in with an appointment. Can you believe this 💩?
