I love this app. I was really skeptical since I was so used to TELEDOC but the sanitas app is ten times better and more convenient. In fact the Drs actually ask you questions, and it's like a real DR visit. MySanitas is my go to!!!

When I first downloaded this app I had trouble signing up then I went to help, and they helped me get logged into the app after that no problems I was able to review all my information. So if you need help with logging in then ask them for help.

Truly terrible app. Unnecessarily tedious login process. You get notifications that your password expired and your account is locked, when that is not the case. Most times I use it for chat they are "unusually busy". Horrible interface design. Took me nearly an hour to request a medication refill

This app is useless. Sanitas is the worst medical place. The service is horrific. I'm waiting here at a doctor's appointment, and they won't send me a referral that I need with my ENT doctor. Now I have to leave and make another appointment. Time wasted. They don't care about your health
