Current update seems to fix the issues I was having. Everything has been working smoothly. However, I'm reserving 1 star because the support I received was so poor between my buying the product and this update being released, especially considering how much I paid. If I had just been told that the app was broken, and they were working on a fix, that would have been great and fine. Instead, while trying to fix my problems, I was just told to factory reset the blinds. This allowed for a single reprogramming of the schedule, but didn't actually fix any issues (and I was misled like it would). When I contacted support again, I did not receive a response for 2.5 months (despite a few follow-up messages), at which point the update was released. It seems like support has been active here in trying to get the app ratings increased, so I'm hoping that level of help continues for new customers.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews first. The Bridge is a total waste of $100, and the installation was not as they described on the website, but I did figure it out. As other have said, you have to introduce it by saying MySmartBlinds first, a total waste of words. And then it has even less control than the app. I was hoping that I would be able to open or close a single blind, or even a group of blinds--we have 2 blinds that get direct sunlight that I would like to close, but not a 3rd one. But that isn't possible. They have a bunch of cutesy phrases you can use like "I want it darker in here" but none that allow you useful control. I already had to use a second email address when I installed the MySmartBlinds app, and it failed and would not work. That was all the support person could come up with. I see the reviews go back to 2019 and nothing has changed, so I have to assume they don't plan on changing it.

Couldn't update the firmware in the app for a new set of blinds. This makes them pretty much unusable. I'm happy to change my review if they can get it working. But that's pretty bad guys... invest more in your apps.
