The first time you use the app you must have a MySure account to login. If you do not already have a MySure account simply visit www.sure.com and click MySure. You will need your account number and bill reference number if you are a pay monthly customer and your Sure mobile number if you are a Pay As You Go customer.
The MySure app is free, but any data you use to access functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit.

Was a good app until it deleted my new card details & went back to my old card which ended 2023. Sure themselves haven't a clue why my online sure account has my new card stored, but the app has my old card from 2023 stored & the last time I topped up on the app was in 2024 on my new card. 🤔🤔🤔🤐🤐🤐

Great service, excellent value, app crashes sometimes and Sure do like to spy on their customers but don't all ISPs, I just think these are quite corrupt if you delve deeper you would probably confirm this also. They put spyware on my phone, maybe it's employees spying on me, either way, it's 100% Sure spying on customers. I took the first phone in the shop, and they replaced it because it had a signal even with no Sim card in? New Phone does the same, it's 100% Spying, they are weird owners.

Just doesn't work. Can't use it to top up so can't get 'rewards'. Tech support don't respond even when staff in shop put in an "urgent" request. With the advertised rewards they offer a good deal, but if can't get them, Manx Telecom are better. Now I'm a Manx Telecom customer, I'll remove this rubbish app. A bit worrying that a telecom company don't check their systems work properly before releasing them.

On Xperia 10 no screens work in the app other than list of payments. Cannot see balance nor top up.

Rubbish. Can't edit payment card for top up, Sure offer unlimited data using app, but make it deliberately impossible to use it... Unlimited data is therefore impossible to achieve... Avoid.
