English version doesn't work. Even though I tried to switch to English only some part of application are translated to English and after few minutes everything is back in German.

I allways have problems with this app. It don't open, or the screen stay white after login. It's really annoying when you try to pay your bills and have to stress yourself with 1 hour of trying to get the app to work

This application logs me off after 3 to 5 seconds of inactivity, it is really, really annoying to use it in this way, but once you don't have access to a personal computer and a stack with an Android device, you have no choice but to use this application. Inability to fix a simple defect in the main application many people are using to interact with them undermines all my good attitude or warts Sympany, as a healthcare insurance provider.

Serious performance issues after the update, 70%of requests fail. Also, ux
is not well for mobile, although responsive, interaction by touch is awful.
Even interaction with the menu is really not smooth, with huge lag.
