Description
MyTeCHO+ is a mobile application that bring the benefit of healthcare into the hands of the beneficiary themselves. The Health Department, Govt of Gujarat had brought in timely healthcare within the reach of the beneficiary by empowering the field health workers with the TeCHO+ application. In continuation of these efforts, the My TeCHO application will now empower the citizen themselves to keep track of their health care interventions and make healthy living a ‘Jan Andolan’. Anybody with an Android or an iPhone will be able to download and install the MyTeCHO+ Application. After appropriate security verification, they will be able to create an account in MyTeCHO+ which may also be associated with their TeCHO+ ID in the TeCHO+ System. Citizens who may not yet be on TeCHO+ will also be able to create an account and use the TeCHO+ application. A logged in user will get appropriate health tips daily that is relevant to their current health condition. For example, a pregnant women will get daily tips about health diet, the importance of ANC visits and so on. In addition to this, high quality interactive video in English, Hindi and Gujarati will explain various important concepts, dos and don’t to the expectant mother for delivering a health baby. In addition to health related items, a wholistic approach is also taken wherein mental, emotional, fitness and diet related inputs are also presented in an interesting and easy to understand manner. A timeline of events gives the women a full review of all the important events in an interactive way. She can also add various joyous moments in her journey to a healthy motherhood in this timeline. In cases where she feels uneasy and wants reassurance, she can go through the selfcare triaging which will give her an idea about whether it is normal or needs attention and also be able to call a nearby doctor, 108 or 104. The application shall be extended to feature various features for interactive self health care and healthy living for all beneficiaries as well as citizens with other health issues to manage their conditions better.

It's a wonderful app including features like , what should a pregnant lady have to do week by week from a cards view, she can check her health by symptom checker , she can view /edit her timeline and upload pregnancy related photos & videos and it's also useful for the other ladies to track their period cycles. Excellent work! .
