The app is easy to use, but there is one problem for users who park at Crofton Halls. Whilst not being the direct responsibility of the app, since it was updated, front of house staff report that they are now unable to confirm whether customers were present for classes. This is particularly important for car park users who are currently experiencing numerous problems with Parking eye and need to prove that they were in attendance on a particular day. It is vital that this facility is reinstated.

am I getting fed up with the app not working. Cant see where there are spaces for the aquavit classes. Tried booking online cant do that either it's not working for me. Why is it taking so long to fix this problem?

Every time I go in to book it asks me to register, which I have already done. The two things that I want to do always come up fully booked whenever I look to try and book them, not sure how far in advance they are being booked.
