The app times out most of the time at connection time on Wi-Fi. On the 4G it connects but then cannot retrieve my contract data. From my computer (on Wi-Fi) it just times out from Firefox, brave or safari. It tried also with incognito mode and still the same. Both the app and the backend systems need a lot of work, this is essentially rubbish Edit: after an hour of trying the system works again both from the app and the computer browser, it really needs some error message rather than timing out
