I think they've improved the app, because I can now control the temperature and customize the home screen more. I have a pretty handy home screen now with the current temperature, hot water reserve, energy usage and electrical price. Below that I have the following tiles: Priority, calculated supply temp, supply temp, return temp, power additional heat and additional heat. Improvements: reorder tiles, energy log graph and show a line of the current time in electrical price graph.

Now that sensor readings are back, I can fairly assess the update. The app has many advantages over the old version, thanks for adding temperature setting and water request in the free version. Still, clarity is lacking: water temperature alone says little, detailed heating info is needed, since sensors exist. The app also needs more stability, frequent re-logins and the whole system sometimes disappearing from the account.

Had originally problems logging into the new app. Resolved the issue by installing a fresh browser (Brave), disabling brave protect (internal ad block) and Adguard on my phone. Then set my default browser to brave and cleared cache + data of the android app "Web View". This allowed me to proceed past the blank "user details" page and verify my login session with a one-time passcode to my email and then the mobile app opened normally

Useless. Can't see anything useful in the app, like temperatures for floor heating or supply air. No history either.

Nibe have taken a massive step backwards with their new uplink app and have alienated their customers. Most of useful information removed. New home screen doesn't even show the hot water temperature! All history removed for what reason? History is still available on PC so why not on app? Nibe do the right thing and listen to your customers and go back to the previous app otherwise you won't have your customers much longer. I used to sing the praises of my Nibe, now I will be advising to avoid.

This expensive service is backed by an app which is a joke and can do almost nothing. It is at least working for one thing: resetting an alarm, so I can restart the heat pump for a while up to the next alarm. But how can I switch on or off my hot water? How to set the hot water temperature in degrees? And this app keep asking confirmation codes through email every time I want to use it!
