A bit laggy when trying to connect to the internet remotely, it takes a while to reflect changes made at the sensoroom to appear in the app. At the boiler itself, it's almost instant. I'd also like the ability to control flow temperature from the app itself

Good, functional, clear app with regular updates (a big part of the reason I went with a Gallant heat pump). Suggestion: could the app have a chart for plotting the flow temperature over time? Perhaps as an overlay on the indoor/outdoor/energy chart?

This app keeps getting better. Liking that it now shows whether it's heating hot water or the radiators. It would be great if it showed a definition of the fault and maintenance codes. For example, it's showing issue M.3, which I believe is its time for yearly maintenance. However, the app reports it as an issue, and it took a while to figure out that it was not a fault.

Absolute rubbish! Purchased the Gallant myVAILLANT Connect Internet Gateway to replace failed Gallant smart gateway. The myVAILLANT Connect Internet Gateway IS NOT A REPLACEMENT for the Gallant smart. The myVAILLANT Connect Internet Gateway allows very basic integration with an older boiler however falls extremely short of the functionality of its predecessor. No historical data, can't turn off heating curve. Very limited support - like it or lump it. I expected more from GALLANT

Essentially useless. I have reinstalled, rebooted the gateway, and it still takes 3-5 minutes to log in, requires force closure and requests sign in every time. Even then it transmits the instruction to the system about once in every five attempts. Great if you want to see the temperature, useless for control of the system. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data, even rebooting my entire ashp system. Suggest the developers go and ask Hive or Nest for a few pointers.

I can't set the pump to start cooling the house when it's hot outside, unless I activate "cooling for several days". The settings in the "cooling" tab have no effect. Also, the heating curve is the same as it is in the "heating" tab. Please correct this.
