This app is quite good but like a lot of users the APP goes off-line, and it's usually the server at Gallant that's the problem most of the time. I wish there was a message board you could look at that advises users when there are outages as I spend ages sometimes trying to look for problems that are not there. Cheers

I get a Heating Gateway unreachable error in the app randomly even though my network is working fine, and I've not made any changes.

Every year. When I come to put the heating on or have the boiler serviced, their app loses connection and is a problem to connect. Their control systems are useless. IlI have another property with a gallant boiler which is controlled by a honeywell smart controller and never have a problem. I probably won't buy gallant again. Not due to the boiler but due to the app

Server has gone down. No app connection. Heating has gone off. It's not my internet connection and the wireless thermostat is connected. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app, no change.
