Installed this and purchased the extras. Car software updated okay over a day or two of driving and parking. New features seem to work okay. I like the gentle sound warning I now get of a speed camera ahead. Only issue is when trying to enter service history and mileage. The app seems to have a life of its own and random maintenance and mileage data and duplicate service requirements appear. I will rely on good old garage paperwork instead.

After almost a week the app told me to log in again and voilà connected! The data from my car is showing in the app. Since then log in / authentication process has been flakey. It would be good if error messages could be left on screen long enough to read them.

This app is pretty useless. Regularly logs you out and sends you to the website to log back in. Except that the login page on the website is often down. Very little information about my car. Could be soooo much better... 24 July 26 now changed my review to 1 star as I can no longer log in at all via the website, so I have an app which does not function, and I definitely can't fill out the requested form from the app home page

Terrible App. Once installed it rarely connects properly. It constantly tells me my car is unlocked, when it isn't. The location feature is also inaccurate. oh and to have features that are standard and free for other manufacturers, Vauxhall want to charge you for. Customer Support is also very poor, they took 3 weeks to tell me it was fixed and It's now even worse. It's not worth the hassle and certainly not worth paying for. App now uninstalled as it's not worth the memory it takes up on my phone
