Doesn't work. I reset my password 3 times, but I still can't log in. However, the old app works. Also, the error message appears underneath Samsung's virtual Android keys, so it's unreadable.

The app needs a lot of work. There are lots of errors, crashing, and it's not intuitive. I prefer to use the web app, which was a much better user experience and more accessible. However, the web app was decommissioned, and customers are forced to use the mobile app. Some of the issues with the app: - When you remove a food item, the macro values removed don't add up to the total daily macro count - App crashes whenever I try uploading a photo to food - Strike values not resetting to zero for users

This app is not really compatible for Samsung Android phones. I can't upload photos. Was advised to uninstall then reinstall app, now can't login at all. This has happened a number of times. :(Slow. Some food items not available, which is ok. Les mills body pump needs to be included in activity :) Otherwise, the potential is there for a powerful tool.

App will not work adding / uploading photos- samsung phone. Many food labels not recognized. Why?????

The UX and overall functionality of this app is simply dreadful. Adding or even worse, editing, and data is either a chore or simply doesn't work. I'm someone that is motivated by this type of tracking so this app is a huge downer to my overall PT experience. The help claims there is biometric login. Where? How? Because I don't see it in settings where help claims it is. Maybe the Android app is badly neglected compared to iOS?
