0-zero app is poo & so is Customer Service is too! 4- yes, four, different representatives, and they don't know diddly squat! I am anxiously waiting for October to roll around!:and honestly don't understand how this is a Medicare-approved company. But I did find out through MEDICARE that if people call to make an official complaint, they can take appropriate measures & get down to the nitty-gritty with Well care.

Never works. After login, I selected various options on the main menu & received an error message each time. When selecting Find A Provider, nothing happens (no error, even). Selecting Quick Care, says no results within 10 miles. 1) not accurate 2) "map view" is gray & can't be selected 3) no way to expand the search radius. Selecting my Strength gives "This site can't be reached." Nothing I select results in anything it's supposed to. I have uninstalled/reinstalled mult times over several months.

Does not have my state in it. So the plan is available but not the app. Makes perfect sense!
