I'm in favor of ZB bank because the stuff makes it a point that you issue is solved satisfactory for example I had a problem of my two accounts the other one in Zig the other one in forex so, out of my knowledge I had forgotten that I applied for a Visa card and this Visa I was charged for taxes and didn't know that they charge me more in foreign currency moreover I wasn't using this Visa card up to the time I was saving my money on forex account a lady by name Mamoyo discovered that I had two.

This app is a nightmare cause first it is hard to login and when you try to ask for help from the plum tree Branch there will be a terrible short line that take hours to move for an instance I went to the bank at 0900 and left at 1500 on the same and I had maybe 20 to 30 people in front of me

The bank and its applications are now a disaster they give you application that deduct money, and they reverse and network in Zimbabwe is hectic. Now hate this bank and regret the 10 years I have tolerated them
