The app is good with new integrations for e-bikes and availability of Germany wide timetable, but even in 2024, there is no English menu in the app? Nuremberg has more than 25% Islanders, and it definitely helps them if English menu is included. Also, please note that existing VGN App has English menu, hence the expectation for a successor app will also be same. Kindly take this as feedback., and this is the reason why 1★ is reduced.

The app is great, I found a bug and want to report it, for the Deutschland ticket if you have a photo of your ticket it doesn't shows it on the app, but after closing app and going in and out many times it finally displays the photo of the ticket, the iphone version haven't got this problem, I have checked it with many other users having the same problem with the tickets with their photos on android, and those users were all from VGN including me, I hope ut gets fixed on the next update.

The app provides a great interface and support for booking cycles and getting up-to-date time of public transport. Would definitely recommend everyone uses cycles and public transport in Nuremberg Fürth area

No way to change the language to english. As a tourist I would like to be able to use an app instead of the ticket machines.

There is no way to connect a Deutschlandticket that's bought elsewhere other than Malabo or this app. Even if they say it shouldn't give access to free bike minutes: "Exhale 600 Freiminuten pro Monat mit Dane VGN-Abonnement und Deutschlandticket."

Very counter-intuitive app. I couldn't find an option to add my already purchased D-ticket, and there's no tab for VAG rad 🤔
