Description
nAble Health Portal facilitates communication between patients and their doctors. Patients can use this App to schedule appointments, view lab results, send and receive secure messages, keep a record of their vitals and visits, and update their insurance and demographic information including photos of their insurance cards and themselves.
HOW TO USE:
After downloading the App, use the Doctor search to locate your provider by clinic name or doctor name, then enter your nAble Health Portal User Name and Password to sign in.
New Users:
Patients who would like to make an appointment with an nAbleMD clinic may do so by sending a request for an appointment by either searching the physician by name or by clinic.

The doctor and nurses are always super patient and kind to my 2-year-old. The office is very accommodating and flexible with scheduling needs even works saturday during winters. The staff is friendly and professional.

Zero notifications. I can't get it to send notifications for the life of me. Also, can't open documents on the app as they won't show up or are unlickable. Honestly wish my Clinic would switch to a different portal

Unable to log in after several times keeps asking its asking for password or user. It doesn't accept anything I have it's useless.

I am unable to log into the app because all the options appear above the status bar on my phone and are unable to be selected. I've tried rotating and uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works.

Does not remember pin, logs you out without saving info, does not update insurance easily, and is very frustrating when trying to troubleshoot. Do yourself a favor and handle everything in person or on a desktop browser.
