The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) is a public bus transport provider for Bengaluru, serving urban, suburban, and rural areas. BMTC is committed to providing quality, safe, reliable, clean, and affordable travel. One of BMTC’s key initiatives is to improve women's safety and passenger convenience across public transport. Namma BMTC (Beta Version) is the outcome of this initiative. Namma BMTC can be used by women commuters to seek remote assistance in case of emergency. Namma BMTC can be used by all commuters to plan their journeys, get an estimated time of arrival and departure for buses, and get information about bus schedules. Namma BMTC will become a one-stop shop for public transit needs across Bengaluru.

A much required app for commuters who use bus daily and the routes which aren't that frequent. But also sometimes the tracking of the bus goes off, but also overall the app is well-designed. Loved it. Thank you BMTC for such initiative

Not working at all app not opening, just stuck in the front screen with bus and vidhansoudha for 45 min no use... I keep contacting the helpline number and complaining from 6–8 months shared error screenshot on WhatsApp number. No use technical team just come to office to sleep I guess. Really hopeless

Most of the time facing technical issues with this app. Good concept, but poor reliability. Most of the time the app shows server error messages. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Kindly fix the server issues and improve performance.
