Smooth experience as of now, not yet bought any tickets to check payment flow, but the bus tracking and real time updates are smooth as butter along with the design and responsiveness. Will update review in the future

Cleaner than before, but has some UI/UX issues too. I feel there should be a refresh button whenever live bus details are shown & when it was last updated on map/list. Live traffic on map was a great addition in the old app, but it's not there in this. It would be nice if NCMC recharge can be done through this app too.

Live tracking hardly working for few select buses only, not supported by every BMTC bus on road, also no info on RBL card anywhere in app. Too buggy functionalities from live tracking to bus timetables of few are incorrect. Do improve as it still early stages.
