I am still disappointed with Napsa, they claim to be useful to pensioners but are not. They don't show how the calculations are done to the people who contribute to them and worse still is you go to complain, the response and answers are bad. For the whole year's one contributes, one gets a pathetic interest and no calculations shown. There's a lot of stealing in the system. Regina Saturnia is even better off than Napsa. After my complaint on 27th May, no feedback to date, Why?.

This app is a waste of data, it doesn't open. It keeps saying "validation fails, try some other time" it can't even generate a validation code SMS. It sucks! Why is it that, anything Zambian is a flop?

This app is a liability.It has consumed a lot of my time and money or bundles, always telling me something went wrong. It cannot be restarted once you get out of it.
