Nowadays, the "NCH" service is poor and worst system. I think the new secretary of National Consumer Helpline is useless and she not rectifying the grievance redressal mechanism and improving the same. Before 4 years the "NCH" was good and well responsive but nowadays very poor. Better to you can raise a concern directly to your lawyer or court for resolution!

No use of using this app or helpline simply waste of time once you create ticket without resolution your request will be closed by saying issue resolved. Time pass app or time pass service they are doing with this helpline. 0.1 also not fit for this service or app
