If you already use our old nxbus mTickets app, please download this new app, go to sign-in and choose ‘Forgot your password’. On the screen displayed please ensure you enter the same email address that you used to register yourself on the old mTicket app. If you have bought any tickets that are active or unused on the existing app, we’ll send you an email allowing you to confirm that you wish to move them over to the new app. If you need help with any of the above please call our team on 0121 254 7272 (select option 1 & then select option 2).

Poor. Had to unload previous app as kept saying no buses available.this one misses out scheduled bus times. Ie no 935 at 1835. Correction i am currently travelling on it !no better. Totally unreliable

Horrible app. Bus times are often inaccurate, loading times for tickets tends to be very slow, it regularly logs me out for no reason and on multiple occasions the "word of the day" has been wrong and drivers have been confrontational with me over it, refusing to let me board even though it's through no fault of my own. Very disappointing 🙁

WORST APP EVER!! Constantly logging me off from my account and there is ALWAYS something wrong when loading the bus stops times or to display ticket. IT NEVER WORKS. I only have it because they took off the student bus pass from the old app! Which is not fear!!why would you do that?!! Trying to improve the experience but actually it's worst.. . Paying £40 a months and cannot even check when my bus is coming need to use GOOGLE MAPS! And on top of that it does not work with no internet...
