I've always used this app from day one and it's been flawless. Just remember not to have battery saver on for the app because it will stop working on the watch once the phone goes to sleep. Edit 2024: Want to revisit now using active 4 and non Samsung phone you must make sure the app is able to auto run in the background and disable Maps in the Wear OS app if u don't want to have the native map app to run on your watch. This will give u voice turn by turn instructions. Turn on in app settings.

I am using this application with Samsung active 2 watch. Unfortunately most of the time it doesn't connect with phone when I start navigation.

Maps projected to the watch become too difficult to read and the functions provided are too limited. All in all, I prefer to use mobile phone navigation.
