I've been w/NFCU since 2021. I don't have much, so I have to cherish what I have &I've been scammed a few times & nfcu had my back each time and even when I thought they could never help me with my recent problem, they were there once again making no big deal about it. Everyone I've ever dealt with treated me with three utmost respect and curiosity & they are just greatful to hear a sincere thx. They treat a person like me who's overdrawn more than not. They treat me the same as a millionaire

Please bring back the pin to open the app. My children know how to unlock my device, but they don't need access to my banking app. I appreciated the previous version of the app that allowed either biometrics or pin.

It says I'm using an old version of the app, says go to play store to update.....when I go to the app it doesn't have an update, just has opened/uninstall, do I uninstall then add it back on, I have the orange exclamation in my security

Great app but a couple of days ago I was unable to access the NFCU site on my laptop (mobile app still worked). I called NFCU Customer Service and was connected with MIRACLE WORKER Malik, explained my CRISIS, he asked me a few questions, then helped me fix the problem (it involved clearing cache & cookies). Problem solved in less than a minute! Nerd bliss restored! 5 years with the app, experienced only 2 CRISES (now viewed as momentary panic), that were easily solved by NFCU Miracle Workers!👏🏼

Man this app keeps getting worse. NEWSFLASH! I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SIGN IN EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP. IT IS NOT UP TO YOU TO DECIDE I MUST HAVE A SECURITY LOCKSCREEN ON MY PHONE IN ORDER TO USE MY PIN TO LOG IN TO NAVY FEDERAL. Nobody touches my phone beside me. It is completely unnecessary and not like they'd know my pin anyway. Update is clunky, ugly, slower, harder to use, and they did away with the widgets. BRING BACK THE WIDGETS!!!! Great! Now it won't work at all. BEWARE!!!

E: we're having trouble submitting your information. Sure. I've been part of nfcu for maybe a decade, all across usa, and now the American territory of guam. I do not think this bank is all that great. I stay because a credit union is better than a bank? There is always something wrong with the app, and my being in Guam, a piece of america for over a century, I experience mainland american discrimination based on my location, daily. I am very sure that this extends to nfcu.

I was happy when they came up with the app the only have to put in a 4.pin digot, so I deleted my username and password, but now it takes you to the website instead will you have to log in it just doesn't make any sense
