It says I'm using an old version of the app, says go to play store to update.....when I go to the app it doesn't have an update, just has opened/uninstall, do I uninstall then add it back on, I have the orange exclamation in my security

Edit: As of at least Sep 24 2026 it is again working on graphene. App randomly decides that it no longer works with graphene. I guess I have to let Navy Fed decide what I install on my phone, I don't get any choice.

I can not even get into my account to see ANYTHING! I uninstalled the app, and reloaded it. It let me in ONE TIME, and thought problem was solved. NO IT IS NOT. I am in the hospital and can't get in. I have changed the password, but can't get in. What the hell? FIX THE PROBLEM! How am I to pay my bills or see what has been paid. Hate to say it, because there is so much I have loved about NFCU. But not accessing my money and accounts is unexuseable. And Yes, I called right before hospital.

Recently decided to switch banking institutions from WF to Navy Fed. But when I access the app I'm already met with issues. I can't save the edits I make to my profile. I can't get my credit score because the page buffers for so long it times out. Same thing when trying to make changes on the website. I would like to use this my primary bank now especially since my wife and I are dual-military, but the lack of ease with the UI is having me second guess if this bank is reliable.
