Great app but a couple of days ago I was unable to access the NFCU site on my laptop (mobile app still worked). I called NFCU Customer Service and was connected with MIRACLE WORKER Malik, explained my CRISIS, he asked me a few questions, then helped me fix the problem (it involved clearing cache & cookies). Problem solved in less than a minute! Nerd bliss restored! 5 years with the app, experienced only 2 CRISES (now viewed as momentary panic), that were easily solved by NFCU Miracle Workers!👏🏼

It says I'm using an old version of the app, says go to play store to update.....when I go to the app it doesn't have an update, just has opened/uninstall, do I uninstall then add it back on, I have the orange exclamation in my security

Navy Fed, can we please get a fix for the update? Android user, app keeps crashing when I try to open it. I can't log in to do mobile deposits. I've uninstalled/re-installed, cleared cache and cleared data. No private DNS on. Do we have an ETA on a patch/fix?

Navy Federal Credit Union has the worst APP on the history of banking APPS. If it's ALWAYS down for whatever reason. It's not a big entity like BOA, so I'm confused as to why we are all having issues 90% of the time. And don't try to call, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE! Their AI system is literally the most unreliable system EVER!! I'm literally on hold now and chose to drive to my nearest Navy. I'm here at Navy in line, STILL ON HOLD BTW!

I can not even get into my account to see ANYTHING! I uninstalled the app, and reloaded it. It let me in ONE TIME, and thought problem was solved. NO IT IS NOT. I am in the hospital and can't get in. I have changed the password, but can't get in. What the hell? FIX THE PROBLEM! How am I to pay my bills or see what has been paid. Hate to say it, because there is so much I have loved about NFCU. But not accessing my money and accounts is unexuseable. And Yes, I called right before hospital.

Horrible after update. I preferred my pin logged in now I have to use username and password with no option to saw the information
