Not working at all. Called call center for help but in vain

You can't get a valid OTP via email, even though you receive it within the 3-minute validity period. I called the customer service center after my account was blocked due to repeated attempts to register. They unblocked my account, but they couldn't provide any information regarding the app/OTP issue. It's strange that you can do everything easily through the website except redeem your points for e-vouchers. Instead, you're asked to install the app, which doesn’t work at all. Please fix it ASAP!
