Does not work well at all. Often when making calls, it defaults to Bluetooth instead of the phone speaker even when I'm not linking my phone to a Bluetooth device for calls, so I can't hear anything unless I manually switch it over to the speaker in time before I get hung up on because they can't hear me. Sometimes when receiving calls, the app does not ring at all, so unless I'm at a computer with the desktop app installed, I miss calls. Truly unacceptable.
