For all those having connection issues, unplug the power to the base of the bed. Then press the pair button on the base of the bed. There is a light that flashes and turns green. Then you should be able to pair. I seem to only be able to connect to one phone, and that's it So my wife is in control of it, and if she isn't home I can't use it. We have ordered a new remote control after our dog ate it.

I have had to use this app, straight for 3+months now. I lost my controller, I think it fell into the garbage bag. It works great. Except I need to pair with the bed every time I want to do any modifications to the bed. Also there is no custom botton so I can't use my custom position anymore. Those are my two wishes. 1. reliable connection, automatic connection, autoreconnect. 2. custom position botton. It should even offer the ability to save multiple with custom names. I mean we are on 2025.

I got it to pair once. Then put the batteries back in the remote and could never connect again. When they say "one smart device at a time" they clearly mean the remote as well. What a shame.

0 stars should be an option. Followed the directions and it did not pair. When you hit the settings button in the app you get a blank screen with 0 options to choose from. Developers did you forget to finish developing your app?? When you tap an option for the bed is says "please pair device" yet the device shows that it's paired in Bluetooth devices. Highly disappointed the app doesn't work. Please fix asap!
